Our rooms at Haus Birnbacher are your retreat, your oasis of well-being, your home from home. Therefore, our rooms are fully renovated, modern furnished end decorated with a lot of love. We value high-quality standards and that extra bit of comfort: no matter if it's coffee, hiking backpacks or mountain bike guides. All our rooms are spacious, with a private balcony and a view of the impressive Hochkönig mountain range.  Also, we are more than happy to provide you with little tips and recommendations for your vacation.

Our apartment house is truly a feel-good place during all seasons. In summer, we provide our guests hiking backpacks and Hochkönig Card. You can take it on easy alpine hikes or challenging mountain tours. You can also visit one of the many mountain playgrounds within the area - a true adventure for the whole family. In winter, we prepare a little package for our guests: It supplies you with information about the best ski tours and downhill runs.
